Eileen Prohaska is the Contracts Director at Elessent Clean Technologies. She is responsible for administering a global contracts policy along with supporting processes to ensure proper risk management and safeguarding of intellectual property while also facilitating success and growth of the business. The Global Contracts team is responsible for the preparation, review and negotiation of all confidentiality, licensing and transactional agreements for the company.

Eileen started her career with Exxon Company, USA in reservoir engineering, then held various engineering and business management roles at STRATCO, Inc. and E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company.

Eileen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Kansas.
